Rebecca Pugh
I live in the small mountain town of Rico, Colorado, but have called the entire western slope of Colorado home since 1996. I began my journey into midwifery as a prenatal yoga instructor. I wanted to learn more about my pregnant students, so I became a doula. After attending my first home birth as a doula a light came on inside. I applied to Midwifery School the next day! Since attending my first birth in 2002 I have emerged with an education and a deep appreciation for what women experience during pregnancy, labor and birth. I feel it is my privilege and great joy to support women during this most precious time. I have attended hundreds of births as a Colorado doula and a midwife.

What is BodyTalk? BodyTalk is the fastest growing health-care system in the world.  This unique modality utilizes Western and Eastern Medicine along with Acupuncture, Reiki, Psychotherapy and many others.  It allows the Practitioner to use neuromuscular bio-feedback to access the client’s innate wisdom of healing.  Links are then recognized in order of priority to re-establish communication in the body.  Once the links have been defined, the Practitioner taps the head and then the heart to synchronize and harmonize the changes. Simply put, BodyTalk taps into the innate ability of the body to heal itself and enhances the immune system to do its job as nature intended.  Any type of emotional, physical, physiological, spiritual, mental issue can be addressed by BodyTalk and can be used as a stand-alone technique or can be integrated into any other type of healthcare.  BodyTalk can also be used to improve Relationships, Businesses, and Sports Performance.  To schedule an appointment, please call Elecia at (970)529-3092.
